By downloading, installing, or using SweepNspect ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you ("User," "you") and SweepNspect ("we," "our," "us").

SweepNspect offers subscription plans with varying features and pricing. Current plans and pricing are available on our website and within the App.
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) through the platform where you purchased the subscription (Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or our website). By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's app store settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
Certain features of the App may be available without a subscription. We reserve the right to modify which features are included in free and paid tiers.
Your data belongs to you. SweepNspect uses a local-first architecture. Inspection data, customer records, and business information you create are stored on your device and remain under your control.
You retain all ownership rights to the data you create, enter, or upload through the App. We do not claim any ownership interest in your content.
You may export your data at any time using the App's built-in export functionality. We will not hold your data hostage or restrict your ability to retrieve it.
You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data. While we design the App to protect your information, we are not liable for data loss due to device failure, accidental deletion, or other causes outside our control.

While the App includes NFPA 211 reference material, this is provided for convenience only and does not constitute legal or professional advice.
The App, including its design, code, features, documentation, and branding, is owned by SweepNspect and protected by intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for its intended purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SweepNspect, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. Upon termination:
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting updated Terms in the App or on our website and updating the effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
